From Freak Wars we are very excited to announce a collaboration between events dedicated to the hobby. This collaboration seeks to unite Freak Wars with them, to try to unite the community even more, and demonstrate that between events we do not see each other as competition, but as "profession" colleagues with the same ideal: to make the community grow so that wherever you go, you can share the love for the hobby. And that is why we want to announce this collaboration with Model34 (organizers of the "Ciudad de Leganés" Static Modeling Contest), and Scale Model Challenge (SMC), which will give a special award at Freak Painting Wars 2020, our painting contest. And for those of you who do not know them, here we present them:
Since 2009, Model34 welcomes within its bosom, as a static modeling association, all those fans of this hobby who want to share experiences and spread modeling to all those who come to our headquarters in the José Saramago Cultural Center of Leganés. In the same way, through our forum, Web, Facebook, etc.… We maintain constant contact with the members who live far from our headquarters and we share with them our modeling and vital experiences.
The renowned modeling event, Scale Model Challenge (SMC), is normally held in October annually in the Netherlands, hosting modelers and painters from all over the world. In addition, its organizers are in charge of organizing the next "World Model Expo" at the beginning of next year' summer , if with a little luck, the global situation has normalized by then.
