We are pleased to present Freak Artist Wars 2025. We are sure you will enjoy the contest and we would be delighted if you could be part of the event.

• DATE: 27 and 28 September 2025
• MAXIMUM NUMBER OF WORKS: 8
• DEADLINE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION: To avoid delays in the delivery of the works and an increase in the registration fee, we recommend that participants register to the contest and their works online before 19 September  at 23:59 (GMT+2) through the Emperor web application of this year.
  ARMY ON PARADE works are limited to online registration, no works will be collected during the event if they have not been registered beforehand in Emperor.
• FORMAT OF WORKS:
  Sculpture: Works must be presented physically (traditional sculpture, or 3D printed copy if it is a digital sculpture).
  Illustration: 1 print in din A3 size of each work.
• DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY OF WORKS: Saturday 27 September before 13:00h (GMT+2)
• SCHEDULE FOR COLLECTION OF WORKS: Sunday 28 September from the end of the awards ceremony until 16:00h (GMT+2)
• AWARD CEREMONY DATE: Sunday 28 September at 13:00h (GMT+2) on the Freak Wars main stage

• PRICE:
  Online registration: 12€ per participant (not per work submitted)
  On-site registration:  20€ per participant (not per work submitted)
  Modification of works registered on the day of the event: 8€ extra per participant (not per work submitted)

  For each registration, 1€ will be donated to charity.
  Remember that you must have a ticket for both days of the event, as the delivery of works is on Saturday and the collection of works on Sunday.
