You may think that taking photos of your miniatures is difficult or requires sophisticated equipment. No, you don't need anything special, and you most likely can do with what you already have. This demo will explain the very basics of photography that will help you take photos with easily available equipment. It will guide you through the basic concepts, explain composition and lighting, show you how the choice of background affects the final photo.
We will take photos with cameras and with smartphones, with various types of light, and use free and easily available software to process the photos. Taking photos doesn't have to be an intimidating and discouraging task. Together we will make it a fun and rewarding experience!
